your techs are great!. its been 6 months since they put the new door in. you have had to come back 5 times to fix it. first they ordered the wrong door . then one panel had a dent. bolts were not tighten on one of the rails. then one of the cables snapped, which put a crease in the top panel. they ordered 2 new panels, which they installed on 1/23/24. now there is another dent in one of the new panels they just installed. your suppliers need to figure a better way of protecting the panels during shipping. all i want is a new door i paid for, without any dents. and i also bought a new opener from you guys as well.

I wish I would go with someone different. Take your business to a better local companies who stand behind their words. Terrible customer service. Placed order in August 8th, showing on invoice lead time 4-6 weeks, after making payment they tell me the door will come in 12 weeks. After contacting them in beginning of November they told me end of November. They have been playing this game and now last day of November, and the door is not installed the call me and saying mid December. What a company i wish I will place zero stars for the kind of service. There are many garage door companies and they will be happy to take her business. Not like those big franchise companies they just want your money but all you get just promises.

When I called for estimate, a Precious representative came that afternoon and showed me options and prices. When door came in the insulation team came and took down old doors and put up all new doors . The guys showed me all the features and remotes. The doors look great. Well from the first call to the office, I believe the girls name Maryann, to a surprisingly appointment the same day with Jason whom I put through the wringers on different options for me. I made the decision to go with a door opener only. My problem is my door was damaged on delivery a year ago from a delivery guy and it still hasn’t been replaced, but do to a medical condition I need an opener. I will order a door from Precision Door. I need to have the door I have replaced and shipped back to the builder of my garage. The installer Matt was outstanding, as was the scheduling dept, office staff and Jason all A+1

After the spring repair, I had a sales person come out to price replacing the garage door. The sales person was at the house for over hour and was lacking professionalism. I finally kicked him out when he said he could match any other company’s price on a “shitty garage door” and Precision could install the “same shitty garage door.” The entire production included more than enough sales gimmicks. There are better company’s out there.

Hey Jeff, I apologize you were offended with the estimators foul language. He should know better. With that said, we can match any price on a lower quality door. We carry a full line of products, which includes cheap builder grade doors that are very common in this area. It is our goal to educate our customer so they can make the best decision for themselves. We can also show you the difference between a high quality door and one of these poorly made doors while we are there. You should have gotten prices for both. I assume that is why he was there for over an hour. Perhaps we struggled to deliver that information. I'm not sure what you mean by "sales gimmicks" we have the best products and warranty in the industry. No Gimmicks, just good deals!
