The service was excellent. Mike gave me a 30 minute notice as to when he would arrive and he was on time. He answered all my questions and gave added advice on how to maintain the garage door. This is our second garage door from Precision (we have two garage doors at our home). I recommend this company highly.

So far, so good - hard to judge the date of install. Installation went well and site was left clean. The immediate question is why the 34.95/month internet app access charge was not mentioned when Precision sold us on the operator’s web access. A friend has a competitor’s app with no charge!

My garage door broke two weeks ago a tech came out and took a look and I needed a new door his name was Nick Gozdziak he was super helpful and very knowledgeable of the operations of my door we ordered the door and within a week they showed up at my house to install the door. The install took about two hours was done by a gentleman named.Matt Carberry Who did an outstanding job with installing my new door, I would recommend both of these gentlemen and precision garage door to anybody looking to have a garage door fixed or repaired. I have another estimate scheduled for later this morning and will make my decision at that time. Spoke with Jeff and agreed to the estimate.
