Precision installed a new door a few months ago,at which time I opted to keep my old opener. When my opener failed, I called again to have it replaced, as I was (and am) satisfied with the work that was done. I was pleasantly surprised that a technician was dispatched the same day, and the new opener was installed by that same afternoon. A few days later, one of the infrared sensors loosened and needed to be realigned. I found it to be easily corrected myself, so I didn't need to call for corrective action. Overall, a very good experience.

After contacting another garage door company, I was quoted a much more reasonable cost by your company. I contacted your company late morning for an appt and was pleasantly surprised to attain an appt for that same day. Pat was very courteous, prompt and professional upon arrival. He thoroughly explained the work needed to repair my garage door springs. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will refer this company to friends and family.

I was very satisfied with the installation of the door and also how it looks. I am very disappointed that the technician who sold me the door could not measure properly and after waiting 4.5 weeks for the wrong door, I waited another 2 weeks to get the door.The person who measured wrong said he would make it up to me, but didn't return my phone call when I asked how he would make it up to me. ****
