Everything was perfect; what more could I expect? I had Precision install a big door and opener in a 14' tall barn two years ago so when my garage opener at the house died I called them. I got a new opener the same day! Tyler, the technician, was wonderful. He called ahead as I had asked, arrived as promised and completed all the work in a couple of hours. He was pleasant, highly competent and it made spending all that money a little less painful to know I have a great product that will probably outlast me. Highly recommended; thanks so much Tyler.
