Gary, Tony and Cat did an excellent job providing garage door maintenance, replacement of springs, cables, rollers, and seals and installed a garage door opener. We have two 14 foot x 14 foot insulated sectional garage doors. The garage doors are large and heavy. The doors were installed 14 years ago and it was past time for maintenance work to be done. Precision was the only garage door company out of four that returned my phone call. They have been professional, timely and keep appointments. Precision exceeded my expectations. The entire team was refreshingly professional. The technician, Chris, was not only on time, he called to inquire if he could come prior to the arranged appointment. Since my garage door issues were impinging on my day's schedule, this was a very welcome development. After repairs were completed, he provided instructions and information, and cleaned-up his work area. I would use this company again and they have my highest recommendation.
