Our service rep Anthony Cellucci was very professional and took time to go over all the options for the garage door opener. He was very neat and cleaned up after he finished installing the garage door opener. He took time to set up the garage door opener remotes and he even reset my car remote button. You do not find many workers like Anthony who are dedicated to their job and making their customers happy. Thank you Anthony for a great job. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Precision is great. And Jason was wonderful. I wish we would’ve called them a year ago instead of my husband trying to fix the garage door opener himself. We ended up purchasing a new updated model which ended up being cheap then replacing the older model and we couldn’t be happier. I’m just sorry we waited to long to contact them suffering with manually opening the garage for two years.

This is the second time I have used Precision in 3 1/2 months. Both times I was amazed by how quickly I could get an appointment and how both times they quickly identified the problem. The first time I called them because our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Anthony Celluci came out and immediately assessed the problem and repaired it on the spot. This week was a whole other issue and this time it was Josh Danser who assessed the problem immediately and repaired it. Both of them and their assistants were friendly, mannerly, professional, competent and great representatives of this company.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I have used them 3 or 4 times in the last 20 years. Each time I was able to get an appointment within 24hours. Even though I was given a 4 hour window the technician called to let me know he was on his way. I also received an email and text letting me know he was on his way. My technician today was Rob S. He was awesome; he explained what the problem was and gave me a couple options and then explained pricing and warranty information. After installing the new garage door and key pad he taught me how to use an app to open/shut the door and set the key pad up for me. The work he did took much longer than he expected - I wanted to pay him for another hour of labor and he said don’t worry about it - who does that? He also went out of his way to have a new (upgraded) spring brought to our house because he thought it would be a better fit with our new garage door. I’ve always been happy with Precision, but Rob S’s customer service is what made me take the time to share my opinion with others.
