Tech Chris Karnacewicz called 15 minutes before arrival and came promptly. He replaced our aging Garage Door opener with a brand new Liftmaster LM8550W unit which is beautifully smooth. He installed it quickly (less than 1 hour) and afterwards explained the system clearly. Chris was professional and exhibited excellent customer service throughout his visit.

Called in to have garage door panel replaced as it was inoperable. The ease in which I was able to make an appointment and have service in less than 48 ours was fantastic. The confirmation email, tech arrival email, and employee profile is proof of the companies professionalism. Our tech Patrick was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was offered a maintenance package which included the panel replacement I needed. I also replaced the 2 garage door openers which I had misplaced. I was extremely happy that I did not have to wait to order them from amazon and they were reprogramed and ready the same day. We couldn't be happier with our new garage doors. they took a bit longer to be installed due to our selecting a color (instead of standard white) but wort the wait. Our designer, Stacey, helped choose the right style and color and it looks perfect. Our installer, Marc, showed up on time and installed the new doors quickly and neatly. Highly recommend this company.

We've been using Precision for a long time for all our garage door repairs, servicing our garage door opener and changing the back up battery. If our door has any issues I call Precision they are prompt and the service operators are always friendly, polite and competent. We had a new battery installed in our opener. I just had 2 garage door openers install by Ferdinand Kazimov. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before he Began the install. I love the quality of the Liftmaster garage door openers. I replace 2 Genie garage door openers that always stop working 3 to 4 four years after they were installed. Although the Liftmasters were more expensive then my Genie garage door openers, I believe the difference in cost is very much worth it for the many years of peace of mind I will receive. I’ve owned other Liftmaster door openers products in past homes and have seen how durable and reliable they are. Thanks, Precision for your rapid response and great service! I look forward to having Precision service my garage doors in the future!
