My experience with Precision was excellent. They arrived within 1 hour of my call and completed the spring replacement in less than an hour. Chris, the technician was polite, professional and he was very knowledgeable. I expect to call them back soon to do the other door spring and install an opener on a third door.

Great response time and a great job by technician Brian. He quickly analyzed the problems and came up with 3 estimates showing me what repairs could be deferred. Once I made the selection he went to work and considering the number of parts that had to be replaced he really showed he knew what he was doing. I would whole heartedly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs. If I ever need another repair I would definitely call Precision and would ask specifically for Brian.
