Sean Young was prompt and courteous. I had many questions about the service provided. His responses were clear and to the point. He reinstalled the bottom garage door seal successfully. Also a new Liftmaster garage door opener was installed. There was a minor issue with the opener install. But the issue was resolved and I am pleased when the install was done. Overall I am quite satisfied with Sean’s workmanship.

I have had repairs to my garage door in the past from this company. The representatives are very helpful and courteous and help to make appointments that are convenient. You will receive a txt with picture of repairman and their history and when they are on their way and also a phone call. The garage door experts are so friendly and knowledgeable on what is needed and explains to my understanding. Saun was here today and checked all working parts to my door not just where the problem was. He explained in detail what I needed to know. The door works perfectly now!! I have called this company for work at another house and received the same great service. Your repairmen are perfectionists and treat customers with respect ! Thank you and will recommend your service.

Brian was professional with ppe, well spoken and respectful. He showed me where my right extension spring broke from old age (12yrs) and explained why my left spring should be replaced too. He showed me that both operating and safety cables were worn and recommended that they be replaced to protect me and my family. He knows his stuff and I liked him.

Making an appointment was easy and fast. Within 24 hours I had a service technician at the house and not only was the broken door fixed in under an hour, he also had additional parts in truck to help fix the panel on wall which had been giving us trouble too. Our technician, Brian, was extremely professional and courteous. He gave me a complete analysis of what could be improved in addition to needed repairs. I decided to upgrade all 3 garage door openers and retrofit all hardware. Since he didn't have enough equipment on his truck, Brian worked with the main office to arrange another technician to deliver parts and help with some installation so the entire job could be finished in one day. The quality and precision of equipment/components is incredible as is the knowledge of the technicians. I would not call anybody else if I ever needed more service and highly recommend them for anyone needing garage door installation or repairs.

After waiting several days in vain for a callback from another company, gave Precision a call and am glad I did. Extremely professional outfit... they immediately scheduled the service call, sent text updates, even sent a bio for the technician. And, when the technician was en route to my home, they sent a link to an Uber-like interface that let me track his progress! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This is a 5-star company for sure.

Rob from Precision installed a new garage door opener. He is neat clean and very professional looking, defiantly not like the dirty grungy guy from a different place who put the last one in and left it working half ass with dirty marks on my walls and ceiling. He was on time, had a fully stocked truck that had the unexpected parts that were needed to fix some of the mistakes the other place left me with. They are about as good as it gets for this type of job- WAY better then I expected!
