Eric did a superior job of diagnosing the problem of linking the opener to the built in remote in the car which has a heated windshield. He was pleasant to work with and I would highly recomend him and Precision.

the company has a great representative named Lou who came to fix a problem I incountered when my main key-pad unit malfunctioned . I called for service and was told someone would be out between 12 and 4 the next day. The next day, Today Friday 3/10/17, I received a call from Lou before 12 that he was on the way. Lou arrived and immediately found the cause of the problem and repaired it. He and I did the so-called paper work and he was on his way to his next call. He was professional, friendly and fast great worker. 5 STAR rating all the way.

I called Precision on a Saturday due to a broken garage door spring. The call was answered immediately and Michael came out the same day to repair it, with no extra charge for it being a weekend call. The repair options were fully explained and Michael worked into the night to do the job right. I would definitely recommend Precision to others.

I encountered nothing but professionalism in dealing with your company. Your web site was user friendly and I did not have any problems with it. Your phone representatives were patient and courteous. Your technician, Kevin, kept me informed every step of the way without any problems. I appreciated not having to take a day off of work and could conduct everything by phone. Payment was easy. The only negative - wish Kevin had it a little warmer for working outside. Will definitely call Precision again for any needed repairs.
