My sales tech was Matt. I found the whole process seamless, straight forward and an overall excellent experience. From the minute I made the appointment - I was pleased with the awesome customer service. Follow up, phone call from tech, estimate from tech with choices. No hassle or haggle when I made the choice that was right for me. I had done what I expected and at the price I thought it should be. That does not happen that often anymore. While the work was being done at my house a neighbor came over and set up an estimate for his home. I am 100% pleased , satisfied and willing to recommend Precision and Matt to whomever may need garage door service. Thank you for your thoroughness.
