My garage door was not working. Precision replaced the parts with very durable ones, and I could even hear the difference plus the door if needed to be disengaged from motor for any reason, was now easy to lift. prompt, professional, and easily identifiable.

Called at 9:30 am and Brian was on the job by 11:30am. Great work, clean, efficient, and very courteous. New springs were installed and system checked out by 1pm. Tom also on scene to assist with install. These guys were fantastic. Thank you.

Brian was excellent, he listened, analyzed and gave different options to solve the different issues we were having with our garage door. After explaining what he will be doing, he repaired the door, tested it and made sure it is safe before leaving. The price was correct (I did not check other door service companies)
