Very efficient, professional technicians. They gave me all the information and pricing on my needs for repairing my garage doors. Couldn't have been a better experience. Home repair doesn't have to be aggravating! This morning, a cable on my garage door snapped. Since it is Sunday, I didn't think I would be able to get it fixed until tomorrow. I found Precision on the internet. At first the dispatcher said that they didn't have an opening today, but she called back since they received a cancellation. My appointment was scheduled between 12 and 4. I called the dispatcher back to see if they could be more specific with the time, since I didn't want to sit in the house for four hours. In five minutes, the repairman(Eric) called back to let me know what time. I was able to go out. The repairman called again, while I was out, to let me know that he was a few minutes behind. Eric was really nice, professional and courteous. We discussed the price before he began the work. It was exactly what was estimated on the phone before. I was also able to use the internet coupon of $30 off of the service call charge. Same day service, courteous service, without being ripped off. I will use Precision again and let my friend's know who to use when they have a garage door problem.

Could not be happier with Precision Door. My husband noticed several of their trucks in our area and when we needed service, we contacted Precision. Was given an appointment the next day. Brian was our service technician. He called twice before the service to notify me of the exact time he would arrive. Asked a few questions and then diagnosed the problem. Explained in detail what needed to be done and when I agreed to the work, he completed the job in a timely fashion immediately . He was courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. I chose Precision as your company had replaced my garage door openers in the past. I trusted the company and was very satisfied with the work. Brian Birchler was my technician and I rate him and his work as 5 stars. He explained everything well before the work was started and showed me my options. He was very professional. My only issue was that I felt the repair costs were much higher than what I was anticipating for changes springs and rollers.
