That was so nice. Kevin called at 8:50 am, arrived at 9:10 am (when I said OK) - arrived in uniform, masked and gloved in a Precision Truck. He looked inside out old (non-working) garage door unit and told us the cause (celanoid?) Gave us a choice of prices with specs within 20 minutes of arriving. We chose the mid-grade for the motion detector "lights on" feature and it was installed and running in no time. He securely assisted me in learning how to set the passcode, we tested the unit - paid and he was off. Terrific - wish all contractors were so efficient! Bravo Kevin, and Precision!

Precision installed a whole new garage door system for me. The sales rep did a great job of presenting options, price and letting us know what products would be available when (due to Covid-19). No pressure. She took a photo of our house and showed us on her lap top what various doors would look like from the street view. The wife loved this presentation. The installation techs were great as well. Huge whoops - the door opened lower than the old door, so we couldn't get our minivan into the garage. It took a few weeks and the communication wasn't great, but they fixed it. Overall, I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself.

Tom S. was our service technician. He did a great job explaining the options for repairing our garage door. Since we had experienced the same problem last year, due to the age of the door, we opted for the more expensive of the two options. My technician, Luke, was on time and thoroughly professional throughout the appointment; he made suggestions about services he thought might help stop the erratic behavior of my door openers and also told me what I didn't need--he didn't try to sell me something unnecessary. He explained all the work he wanted to do beforehand--and explained it again after installation. I'd definitely recommend Precision to anyone based on my experience.

Last October my wife's garage door opener died. We needed a replacement, so I checked the internet. Precision had good reviews. I called them and made an appointment. They were prompt, and professional. They offered to replace my door opener, which was working at the time, but we didn't like the noisy motor and chain. I said "Not now." Fast forward to June 2020 and I had enough of the noisy door opener. I called Precision again, and they sent out Ferdinand. He did a great job, just like the first technician. Thumbs up and five stars!
