Could not be more pleased with the new garage door and installation, inc motor cables key pads etc. Also happy with the price! The purchase went seamlessly from sales and scheduling to the end product and all the employees were helpful courteous and respectful. The two installers were quick and very clean sweeping up and disposing of all debris and even cleaning all the exterior trim. Highly recommend this company!

He explained different price options on how to fix the problems, either short term and long term. He was in constant communication with me step by step. I love this company. They have perfect customer service. Precision installed my doors a few years ago and they work perfectly. We are selling our house and in the turmoil something must have blocked one door and we received an error message. Since we were so close to our closing, we wanted to make sure the door was working properly. Glen showed up right on time, assessed the problem and reset the door. Because we had Perscision install the doors, they waived the service fee. Again, great customer service. It was wonderful getting a break during such a stressful time. Thank you!

I can't rave enough about your portal, service and technicians. Absolutely the best. I created appoint via the web at 905am on Saturday and a technician, Chris Aveta called me at 935am to state his time arrival in 5 minutes...UNREAL!!! Needless to say, Chris was intellect, friendly and most all, conversive and easy to understand. He gave me options and prices immediately. He had the equipment on his truck and once approved began his work. At 105PM, Chris was done with his work. An excellent job and he cleaned up after he was done. I can't thank Chris/Precision enough for the expert work. I say, "Give Chris a raise"! Thanks again.

Alan came and changed my garage door opener. He was pleasant, gave me all my options and put in the opener on the spot. He also saw a dent in one of my tracks and just fixed it without me asking. I came home on a Friday afternoon and my garage door would not open in 100 degree weather !! I called the office and Beth helped me right away , even though they were booked , she understood my emergency as I could not get in my house ( my key to the front door was inside !) she notified a technician and he came to my house in a short matter of time. James arrived and was able to push the door open. He was so nice, understanding and efficient! Upon a complete inspection of the door, James told me I needed two springs replaced. he gave me the pricing , etc.. and proceeded to do the work that was needed. I am so happy and relieved to have the door fixed. James was wonderful. I was very lucky that Beth contacted him to come to my house. Thanks Precision!!
