Brian was early, polite , friendly and worked really hard to get my garage doors installed! It required some problem solving and he was totally up front with me and in the end was able to work it out beautifully. He explained everything clearly about operating the door and the smart aspects and also the cautions. Overall I was very pleased and highly recommend both Brian and the company!

I called for garage door servicing Sunday morning after a spring broke on Saturday night. The technician, Tino Bugallo, was at my house bright and early Monday morning as promised. He completely explained repair options and demonstrated extensive knowledge and professional competence. The entire job was completed in under 2 hours. Tino explained the new opener remote and keypad and pointed out all the replacement parts. No old parts were left behind. My husband and I are very pleased with the quick service and competent installation of parts. The garage door has never operated so smoothly and quietly! Thank you Tino!

Tom is courteous, prompt, efficient and professional. He called first to introduce himself to update me when he would be arriving. Then again contacted me when he was on the way and arrived the time he said he would. He looked into my issue and recommended maintenance that was needed. there was no pressure at all. Precision Garage Door is the only company I would call for service on my garage door and opener. We had a pretty old chain drive and it wound up snapping. I went to the Precision Garage Door online site and chatted for help with replacing it with a new one. We had a next day appointment. Tommy S. was our technician and was FANTASTIC! He recommended a new belt-drive garage door opener and did a perfect installation, neat and precise. The Lift Master belt-drive garage door opener is much quieter than the old chain drive unit that our technician replaced. Tommy explained everything and showed us how to operate it properly. Tommy was knowledgeable, polite and we are so happy with his work. He earned our trust and we would not go anything else for service, only Precision Garage Door. My husband and I are Extremely pleased with the smooth operation of the new unit!!
