My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting our technician Luke S. this morning. He arrived promptly and prepared to go to work. Luke listen to our concerns and assured us that he would be able to address all of our concerns regarding our garage doors. Luke was very polite and knowledgeable. The logic board failed after seven years. I was replaced and all vehicles were reprogrammed to operate both garage doors. It is amazing that I met another awesome technician today, James. Seven years ago I met Lou who did my initial installation on garage door #1 and he returned two years later to install the second opener. Precision has the nicest installers.

I am very pleased with the quick response and service from Precision Door. I discovered Friday night that I needed to have my garage door serviced. I went on the website and I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning! Then, the service technician, Ryan Murphy, came as promised. He was so thorough and professional. It seems that I need a contractor for the damage, but with the pictures Ryan took and the notes he made, I was able to give this information to the contractor. Great job, once again!!

Had a problem with one of the cable/ pullies on one of my doors. Was torn between repairing or replacing. Brian came to take a look and he was wonderful! Explained all of my different options, told me the pros and cons of each so that I could make an informed decision. Wrote all pricing down for each option so I could compare. I had my house done in 2007 with beautiful vinyl siding and new windows. After time, the garage doors(which were wood from 1977), just started to decay and really took away from the beauty of our home. I was always able to make the home look new with a power wash and I did have to replace faded shutters in 2014. This brings me to 14 years later. FINALLY, I decided to get rid of those disgusting Garage doors, well I didn't get rid of them, Precision Doors did that for me also. I purchased two 8 X7 doors with a new opener. The installer Brian Meinsen and his helper(I believe it was Al) did and unbelievable job on the installation. They changed out the rails, got rid of the old doors, installed the door opener and explained everything that I needed to know when using my doors. This company uses good quality parts and between the sales person, Stacey Conod to the Installers Brian Meinsen and Al, I had a major headache for years taken away in a few short weeks. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the "team" that helped me not have the eyesore that were my old garage doors. I appreciate the way this company treated us and this was a major purchase and you ALWAYS want those to go well. This company exceeded my expectations.

Called this morning and they came out this morning. Replaced garage door opener. They were very professional from the initial phone call, to the text and email describing tech coming out, to the tech himself. They did not have a part they need to come back to take care of but other than that it was quick, professional, and efficient.

Called to request bottom door seal repaired/replaced due to lack of partial seal to floor saddle. Even with the current promotion waiving the $69 service fee, the cost of this repair was $200 - which in retrospect, I feel, is excessive. The technician was pleasant and prompt, but this was a 5 minute repair.
