So far, we have only had the visit of the Door Specialist, Tammy. Tammy was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She assessed our situation very well, and gave us good insight as well as suggestions. We wound up purchasing a new door which wil be installed in one week, which is very quick for a special order door.

Precision is an excellent name for a company that is always precise in everything it does. Shows up on time. Techs are always knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Just had some adjustments completed by (I wish I can recall the techs name) and her was super! Wish all service companies were as good!

Mike and Dan were very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They contacted me before the appointment, to let me know the approximate time that they would arrive. They were able to determine the problem immediately, and they explained what needed to be done clearly and concisely. They repaired the system quickly, with the appropriate new parts. They explained the 10-year warranty on hardware.

It was very easy to make an appointment. The technician Erik, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was extremely courteous and professional. I explained what was happening to my garage door, he explained what he was going to do and everything works perfectly. Would definitely recommend Precision!
