He was prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable and communicated effectively answering all my questions and explaining the details of syncing the garage door opener with my vehicle. He worked efficiently and with precision. I'm beyond pleased with the result! Thank you Lou for making the drudgery of garage door openers so pleasant! I have a sense of security and confidence now especially with the WiFi link to my smartphone to check if the doors have been activated. I highly recommend Lou and Precision.....5 STARS!!!

Brian was very able to quickly trouble shoot the problem (needed new pulleys), and also installed a keypad for me during the same service call. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and performed both jobs in under a half hour. I would definitely call Precision again!

Lou & Matt gave an accurate evaluation of problems. They were professional, courteous, and excellent workers. They replaced cables, rollers, and springs on two doors. Doors now open & close perfectly and are well balanced. They cleaned up everything as they worked. We would not hesitate to recommend your company based on our experience.

Great experience. Came the day after I called. Came at the early side of the timeframe they gave me. Fully explained the issues to me. Were finished with all the work within an hour. And they were very friendly and courteous. It is now as good as if had a brand new garage door.

I am very satisfied with this service. George called ahead, and was actually a bit early. I hoped that since the garage door opener was functioning it might only need adjustment and bracket replacement. George explained the situation well and entertained all my questions. This facilitated making a decision. I decided to replace the opener, which George did surprisingly quickly. He cleaned up and demonstrated the new equipment.

Spring broke in the morning, tech there in the afternoon, needed a stronger than normal spring so back first thing the following morning to fix. Can't get better service than that. Glenn was very professional and pleasant deal with. I strongly recommend and will use again as needed.
