The technician explained the problem with the springs,pulleys, rollers, etc.; the causes of the noise as the garage door opened and the effect it was having on the motor. Eric showed up on time as promised, with a 30 min lead phone call which was very much appreciated. We discussed the issues and determined the corrective action was to replace the circuit board at this time. Eric was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The repair took about 20 mins and testing follow with no issues. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door opener or garage door issues.
