Brian was my installer and was so knowledgeable, courteous and helpful! He was on time and very efficient, and helped me program everything and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!!

I have used Precision in the past and they were recommended to me by a friend. I was completely satisfied by the service at that time and again today, and both times they have been very quick to respond. The Service Tech, Brian Hallock, was extremely professional and courteous and very helpful. He also pointed out some possible trouble spots for me to be aware of, which I was very grateful for. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone to use this company. {Steel Door Bottom Seals were replaced today}

Ferdinand showed up on time and gave me the estimate to repair the spring. I couldn't believe the price to change the springs, $300.00 each. One spring was broken. He said he had to change both springs, otherwise he couldn't do the job. He did a good job on the installation. I was very unsatisfied with the price, even with my Military Discount and the $69 service charge included. Overall I think I was overcharged by $200.00. I had no choice, I had to do the job to get out to go to my physical therapy appointment.

Our garage door was not operating correctly. The technician, Chris, evaluated the situation, and determined we needed a new opener. It was installed quickly, and Chris walked us through using the remote as well as the wall mounted control. My door opener was very loud and not working so I desperately needed a new one. They were very good at communicating the status of my appt and the tech called well before arriving. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He pointed out all the issues with the existing door opener. He explained everything in great detail and cleaned up after the work. He was also respectful of social distancing. Good job and I am super happy with my new opener.
