Kevin S was my technician for a opener not working. Diagnosed the issue immediately and gave his recommendation on what he would do. I ended up replacing both the openers not just the broken one. He did the work very fast and explained everything at the end. Great technician, very nice guy.

Louis & Matt did a very thorough exam and repair of our garage door cables, door switch, alignment, etc. Louis explained all the repairs and demonstrated the results to our satisfaction. We are very impressed with The prompt and professional service.

5 A new garage door and garage door opener were installed. I was impressed with the efficient installation by the technicians. I would like to commend Dave who found a dent in one of the panels. He sent a picture to the office to order a replacement which was then installed. I found the Precision Door flyer in the Val Pak I received in the mail. I recommended Precision Door to a friend of mine who asked about my experience.

I am very happy with the service provided. George was very courteous and knowledgeable. George went over every detail and and explained in detail what he was doing as well as why he was doing it. The scheduling process went very well online and that was at 9 PM 9pm at night. I would recommend Precision Garage anytime.

We had a minor malfunction with our remote opening feature. I called Thursday afternoon and Brian was out on Monday. When he was running about 30 minutes late, he called. When he got here, he diagnosed the problem, replaced the malfunctioning unit and even helped reprogram my wife's homelink. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Took about 30 minutes and we are good to go!
