Precision Garage Door Service replaced my double-wide door and all internal infrastructure (i.e. rails, etc.). A Chamberlain Wi-Fi Smart Garage door opener/motor was also installed. Every step in this process was a pleasure, from initial assessment, door design, scheduling, and the installation itself. Pricing was very fair as well. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.

Not satisfied, the service professional could do a job that I requested/called for but unfortunately he refused to do the actual fix rather suggested I had to do a full service. I got a quote to replace and tune the entire system which is not necessary as my garage system was less than 6 months old. I called a different company and they provided the repair for 1/10th of the cost Precision estimated.

The service man came and gave me a price of $650 plus tax for two spring, which was sold at Home Depot for around $60 each. I chose to not use them for repair. Then he charge me $74 for service fee. I would respectfully to dispute the validity of this charge. There was no service was rendered as the quoted price was way beyond the reasonable to accept.

5 Stars - I have been a long-time Precision customer, having used them in the past for maintenance and repair service (e.g., replace, springs, cables, rollers, door hinges, etc.) and also having recommended them to neighbors for similar needs. Our 35-year old existing garage door openers recently expired so Precision was my first call to have them replaced. They were here the next day and installed two LiftMaster Belt Drive Ultra Quiet Garage Door Openers related peripherals. The service technician, Rob Zuniga, did an excellent, neat, professional job - everything is operational and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone who is in need of their services.
