What started with a "basic" repair-gone-wrong for no obvious reason (no-one to blame, sometimes things just happen), ended up being what in my opinion is a great customer satisfaction story. Techs, Rick and Rodrigo, were on time, friendly, and informative. They finished the job in about 2 hours and completely cleaned up all debris including all small metal pieces. Very satisfied with entire transaction from ordering to completion.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a day. The technician kept me posted as to his arrival time. He promptly repaired the garage door opener, then clearly explained potential malfunction causes and solutions. I would recommend Precision Doors.

Customer service was helpful and definitely wanted to please the customer. Have a wooden garage door 40+ years old and needed the spring and cables replaced. First technician Rob Z. was very pleasant, worked hard, did a great job. Due to the older door and newer replacement parts had some issues with door closing properly. Second technician Tim R. came out to check the door, another pleasant tech. He was very knowledgeable, saw the problem quickly and fixed the issues. The door is working fine. Had a very positive experience with Precision. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and call them again when I need to have the garage door replaced.

We called Precision Door Service to our newly purchased townhouse because the motor was extremely loud and we thought it was straining. We have previously enjoyed the services of Precision in our former home. Our technician, Peter Orlando was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the components of the door opener and door itself. He cleaned and lubricated the motor and door hinges and demonstrated the noises that are made by motor and door. While not pushing for a sale he explained what we could expect from a new belt driven motor. The improvements he made to our existing opener were dramatic enough to allow us to defer the expense of a new system for a later date. Peter also gave me a tutorial on how to program autos, and key pad, waiting until all were functional (about 3 minutes). I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and if you are fortunate to have Peter that would be a plus. PS. If you engage Peter ask him to explain the history and uses of WD 40. 5 Stars across the board.
