The technician, Christopher Kamacewicz, who came to do the repairs was one of the most professional individuals that I have had come to our home for a service call. He called before hand, showed up when he said he would be here, he explained the problems and resolution to the problems. And above all that he was so polite and nice to work with. You should be proud that you have an employee like Christopher at you company. I will definitely recommend Precision to others.

Found them on Angie's List and liked the great reviews. Of the three companies that I contacted only Precision responded within 24 hrs. They came out in one day. Tim, the tech, was great- very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job replacing broken springs and rollers. He also explained the workings and how to take care of the doors. Would recommend them highly!
