I was so pleased with the service I received from Precision Door. The technician, Matthew DeWald, was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He even cautioned me that my car tires were balding and I should be careful driving in the snow or rain until I am able to replace them! :) I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to my friends and family!

Five stars! Charles was communicative, professional and honest about what our garage needed. Thank you, Charles, so much for your help and for making it easy for us to decide what we wanted. I’m sorry we can’t rate you on social media sites, as we don’t have any social media accounts! We ended up doing a door rebuild so we could get the 10-year warranty with Precision. Thank u again!

One of our garage doors that we use multiple times during each day was frequently breaking down. After many attempts to fix the problem with the previous installer, I called Precision Garage Door to give me an assessment. Not only was Richard able accommodate my early schedule he promptly fix the problem. I called Precision because they were accredited by Angie's List. Now our garage door works great and is very quiet. Thank you.
