From start to finish we have no complaints and so far are very pleased with everything. Xavi was great. Our installer, Tim was great - installation was excellent and Tim took the time to explain the installation process to us. We would recommend Precision to everyone. We are fascinated by the business model that seems to emphasize customer service and employee empowerment. Both Xavi and Tim seem to be very happy employees. A happy employee = A happy customer. To be truthful, your ad that I received in the envelope was what I went by. and I'm so glad I did. Sean was so helpful and did his best to get the door closed which made me feel secure knowing I don't have the door open all night. He was so pleasant to deal with. He explained everything to me and gave me choices to choose what door to buy. I feel very confident that the installation of the new door will be perfect for me.

We just had Matthew Dewald service our 2 garage doors, and I am writing to say he did an excellent job! Matt called to confirm the appointment that my wife booked online, and asked if he can arrive earlier than the 12-4pm window. We confirmed he could arrive early, and once he arrived, Matt explained our 3 options (estimates) and he had all the parts needed to complete the job after we chose one of the options presented. We are very satisfied with the job that Matt did in repairing our garage doors, and will certainly ask for him again when the need arises.

I paid $500 to replace 2 100# springs, cable and one pulley. It took 40 minutes. Springs are $150 each, cable was $125....no where on the internet could I find a spring nor cable that expensive . Technician was a 5 but I suggest you shop around. I had to have the job done that day but just out of curiosity called two other companies after the fact and could have had the same work done for between $250 to $350. Very disappointed!

Brian performed the device on our garage doors. They were in bad shape. They rattled and clanked going up and down. Brian provided excellent recommendations. He explained what was wrong and showed me the worn parts. Now they work great.

Your team has been here 4 times and my doors are still not correct - I have no direct e-mail or phone numbers to contact you with. I am sick & tired of calling and being put on hold - I paid a lot more and wasted my money - one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
