Brian was very professional, efficient and courteousl. After examining our garage door, he gave us several options to improve its operation. We needed a second visit in order to install new springs, and we were able to schedule that easily even during the holiday season. We highly recommend Precision.

Really pleased with the initial consult (with Glen) He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently walk me through all the options (there are more than you might think :) - he even took the time to troubleshoot the old openers to make sure I'd have access while waiting for the new ones... easy 5 stars.

I got through to the service department on my first attempt and they scheduled my appointment. Brian, the technician, called twice the day of the service to let us know when we should expect him. He arrived on time and presented himself in a very professional manner. The problem was obvious because a spring had broken but he assessed the situation and made a recommendation for the best way to handle the repair. He completed it in a timely fashion and the door is in very good working order. I plan to have Brian back in the spring to preemptively change the springs on the other door before they break. This is the first time I've had Precision Garage Door to my home and based upon this experience I'd have them back again.

From start to finish everything went smooth. Erik was very professional. He called in the morning to give us a better estimate on his arrival time. This courtesy was greatly appreciated.
