We have been a long-term Precision customer. They have installed a previous garage door opener, serviced it through the years (since 2007) and installed a new opener today. The LiftMaster product we purchased is really great and we could not be more pleased with the installation overall. Luke, the technician, is a key reason why we continue to count on Precision for our garage door needs. EXCELLENT!!

Lift Master Garage door opener was issuing error message "excessive force opening door" and would not function (for a while). I realized that garage door opener and garage door do need periodic maintenance . Technician assessed problem and informed me of the cause,then performed tuneup so that door opener functioned properly. He even showed me how to get discount on service online while he was with me. He serviced both garage door openers, which now perform well. This really was maintenance and not a repair.

Erik was prompt, courteous, and diligent. He (with advice from his supervisor) was able to fix my 20-year-old garage door opener. This was a BIG help to me since I was already facing a $4,000 expense to repair a sewer line clogged with tree roots! Thank you to Erik who went the extra mile to find a solution to my problem. When it does come time to replace my garage door opener, I will be calling Precision...

Totally excellent experience. Bryan introduced himself, was very polite and professional. He evaluated the problem (opener worn out) and then gave me the options I could choose. I went with the premium unit and two pulleys. The new unit was almost silent in its operation. He also reset the units so that I could insert the codes on the keypad. His attitude throughout was very reassuring to me. I gave five stars for this service.

Ricky, our technician, was really helpful in figuring out a couple solutions to fix our balky garage door. After inspecting everything he ultimately gave us the recommendation to replace both of our seeing eye sensors. Overall, availability of weekend appointments are very convenient for our family as we both work full-time. Also been really happy with the customer service overall.

Brian came over today because my garage door was making a funny noise and it was catching in one area. Brian was great. He called about 45 minutes before he arrived to give me a heads up, which I really appreciated. He was very polite and professional.
