I called early Monday morning and asked to have my garage door serviced. CS person was friendly, and courteous. I was able to get an appointment the same day, between 12:00 and 4:00pm. I was told the technician's name, Kevin S., and he arrived at approx. 12:45pm. He examined the door and gave me his recommendations. I agreed to have what is called a "rebuild package". That includes the replacement of rollers, operating cables, safety cables, pulleys, and springs. The package price was reasonable, and the 10 year warranty was a big part in my decision making. And, I also received a senior discount! Kevin S. did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Precision Door Service.

I've dealt with Precision before & have always had a good experience. I was called prior to the tech arriving informing me of estimated time of arrival. He showed up on time , listened to my problem & fixed it. Before going he offered to replace the batteries for my garage door opening system. Typically they last 3 or 4 years. Since it had been about that time I figured why have to call back when the batteries start to go & incur another service fee. Since he was here we did everything in 1 visit. Quick & efficient.
