Top notch company! Everything went as smooth as silk from the initial phone call to completion of service. My technician Bobby Sanborn diagnosed the problem as soon as I demonstrated how the garage door was operating. I was impressed with his knowledge, decisiveness, and mechanical inclination! My garage door broke upon my arrival to my home. I had plans to go visit a friend that evening and did not want to leave with the garage door open, leaving the house accessible to anyone walking down the street. I called Precision because they advertised same day service. Brian arrived shortly after the time projected. He quickly was able to assess the situation, clearly explain the problem and outline a solution. The cost was agreed upon and he quickly and adeptly went to work. After making the repairs he was able to demonstrate that the door was working properly. Brian was kind, considerate, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Saw an add on Instagram. Have seen your trucks on the road. Very professional. I had old door openers that failed years ago. It was time. Sent my name n email to your website. Received a call in about 15 minutes. Very pleasant young lady explained terms n conditions. She scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Brian called 1/2 before arrival. He was very thorough with what we had, an explained some options to us. Brian was a really great help and super professional. In about a half hour we were able to make a decision what would work best for us. To our surprise, Brian asked if we would like it done NOW. We were elated. Signed a contract and he removed all our old hardware and installed two new openers in about 3 1/2 hours. Watching him work a little made us know we were in good hands and made a great decision. Brian could work at my house anytime. Great Job. If we ever have a garage door issue, he would be requested always. I would definitely recommend doing business with Precision Doors. Garage door was stuck in the up open position, on a Friday of a holiday weekend, which required new sensors and extension brackets. After calling and being informed that someone was in the area, Brian arrived less than an hour later and did a complete inspection of the system to ensure that it was just the sensors, then installed new to resolve the problem.
