The repair man was a 5 Star. The 4 star was because you gave him the wrong time to arrive which I had verified on Thursday with one of your phone people. Also, the person on the phone earlier in the week when I first called in said that they could not make the same day so setup the appointment for Saturday 10 to 12 and because of that she said she would give me a $25 deduction which the Repair man said he did not have that on his pad.

Rich was very competent in repairing my garage door which has come down on the very back of the van. He released some air in the back tires which allowed me to move the car from under the door. He reinflated my tires and then proceeded to work on the bent garage door, straighten out dents in the frame, getting the 4 rollers back in the track and was able to straighten the garage panels that had been bent and stuck. He tested the door making sure it operated smoothly with the door openers before he left. He suggested that I should get the affected panels replaced, but said it could possibly wait until next spring. Rich said it was the worst garage door problem he had ever worked on. I’d call and ask for Rich if I ever again have few a problem. He definitely knew what was needed to fix the problem and he did it! I thought when I called that I was contacting the company that installed the garage doors, but was told Precision was the garage door opener that has been installed. So I especially appreciated that he was able to repair the door! Thank you Rich!

Had an issue with a gap between the bottom of the garage door and the garage floor. Thought that the door needed a larger seal and sent out for a quote to have it repaired. One company quoted a price without coming out - but Precision Garage Door arranged to have Matt (service technician) come out to look at the door before providing a quote. As it turns out, Matt explained that the issue is not the seal but an older model garage door opener that will need to be replaced to ensure the garage door makes full contact with the garage floor. Matt discussed a recommended garage door model along with it's features and sent a quote to me for review. Though I haven't decided yet upon proceeding with the garage door opener replacement, I am grateful for the due deligence that Precision Garage Door arranged along with Matt's technical knowledge to avoid a fix that would have been less than satisfactory. If I replace the garage door opener, Precision Garage Door will likely have my business.

I called at 11:45am to ask someone to come out for an estimate. Matt called by 12:30 to say he was 15 minutes away. We had one broken spring and Matt recommended we replace both as they are the same age, which makes good common sense to me. He noticed the bearing mounts were missing a screw, so he shored those up, aligned them and replaced the springs. All the tracks and rollers checked out OK. Matt and his assistant were done and out of here before 2:00. By asking, I learned Matt's nephew is his assistant, and he's learning the trade from his uncle, which is cool! Matt is very good, professional, and a nice guy! We thanked him for his prompt service and he replied that it was his pleasure. We had a very good experience with him today.
