My garage door would not go down completely. I have had service with Precision before. The tech arrived and discovered a dirty sensor. He cleaned it and the door works fine. The tech was scheduled for Saturday and could not make it. He showed on Sunday as promised and did not charge me anything. Wow, thank you Precision, we will definitely use your services again if needed.

Recently precision door added new rubber seals on my garage door . This would be for my large garage door. The rubber is curling up and not sealing the bottom of the door. There is a large opening at the bottom. I would like this fixed . It was not cheap so I would think the work would be better than this . Dennis

Very friendly and did not try to sell me anything I did not need nor did they charge me for their opinion (on a Sunday night at 5pm labor day weekend) on my super jacked up door situation. Every place I called was going to charge me just to come out. I ended up using a different small company more familiar with my doors bc they are no longer made and have crappy plastic hinges(yikes). Frankie was kind and honest and even the company that I had fix it had great things to say about him. When its time for new doors or when a pully or spring breaks these are the guys I will call.

One of my garage springs had broken I called my normal place that installed and repairs my garage door needs. They could not come for two days! So I called Precision and they were out within an hour. They replaced both springs and the rollers in less than an hour. I got a lifetime warranty. Eric was great he was fast and explained everything too me and all my options before doing any work. Glad I called them and would recommend them highly!

Garage door spring broke yesterday and since we had Precision install both new garage door openers that we purchased at Lowe's I called Precision to replace the springs on that door. Surprised by the quick appointment time as I thought I would have to wait several days. Technician arrived the next morning as promised and thoroughly explained needed repairs and also explained why the pulley's needed to be replaced. Fast service! Both garage doors are much quieter now when they are opened and closed. Thank you Precision!

Joshua, the Precision Technician, arrived within a half an hour of my calling Precision Door for an emergency repair of a snapped garage door cable. The garage door went up and the cable broke on one side. Joshua was thorough in checking the damage of the cable and the deteriorating condition of the present garage door. He explained everything to me about the repairs on the cable and assisted me in selecting a new and much needed garage door for future installation. Joshua quoted a reasonable price point for the cable repair and the purchase of a new garage door. Joshua is a gem of a technician! Precision Door is a business a customer can trust. The tech was prompt, courteous and very helpful. He checked out the parts of the door, fixed the problem very quickly and was able to get me a new remote and installed a new key pad all done in less than an hour! He was very pleasant to work with and showed me all I needed to know!
