I made a big mistake and ruined my once fully functioning garage door to a garage door that wasn't even securing my home (my garage door was completely off the hinges and NOT securing my home at all)! They were able to come see me immediately that morning, and gave me a reasonable estimate. After agreeing to purchase, they fixed my broken door to at least be secured shut. It was safely secured until they where able to come back and replace it with a new one. The installers came in and absolutely dominated the install! I was suppose to have a certain space open for them to install that I wasn't aware off but they were good about it and let me move what was need for them to complete their job! I appreciate them helping me in a very stressful moment!

The spring on my garage door broke when I came home from work at 5:30pm. I called Precision Garage Door of Omaha and spoke with a very nice lady in the office and she was able to schedule the repair for between 8:00 and 10:00pm (same night as door broke). Upon the arrival of our assigned Technician (Patrick Pipenhagen), I found him to be very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! He explained what was needed with accurate pricing and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Omaha but will always ask for Patrick if I have any future garage door repair needs!!!

Found Precision at the top of the Google result list and was impressed with the high ratings. They came out the same day, in under 4 hours to replace a broken spring. We also had them install a new belt-driven opener. All the work was done in about an hour. Quick service, great communication. A+++

We had these guys out a few months ago to fix a broken spring. They were so quick and professional. We blew a capacitor on our opener and they came right out, on a Sunday to fix it. No trip charge, no overtime fees. Quick, professional and polite. I highly recommend!

Had a spring break on our door at 8 am. Called Precision and they were there in thirty minutes. Patrick replaced the springs and the door was working by 9:30. Unbelievable service. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Precision Door and Patrick to anyone. Keep up the great work.
