Joel found a broken hinge, adjusted the springs and tightened the set screws on the cable reels and lubricated everything. He pointed out that some of the other hinges had cracks and would fail eventually. I have a 1 year warranty on the work that was done. Joel was courteous and professional. I would use Precision Garage Door Services again.

Chris was very efficient and professional. The marked vehicle was nice, I knew for sure he was who he said he was and a neighbor took his business card, so it was a win-win!!

Not happy. Needed a new circuit board, $150 for the circuit board, $100 for labor, no coupons or discounts after asking your tech 3 times to discount it. I would have paid $200 but $250 for a $100 circuit board and 30 mins labor, a little excessive. Still paid $49 for the visit which I am not happy about but I will do it myself or find someone else for less.

Very quick and very courteous. The individual came in and did a free safety inspection, letting me know everything that was needing repaired. Listed what needed replacement in order of most crucial to least, as well as what could probably last me a few more years till I purchase a completely new door. Best thing is my garage door now opens! Thanks and would definitely use again.
