The technicians showed up on time. They were respectful and gave a complete estimate prior to performing the work. All work was done completely and old parts removed. All in all, a good job.

I was coming back from the gym when I noticed a text from my wife saying the garage door didn't work. By the time I got home the garage door is already down and she was off to work . The garage door open perfectly but what I went to shut it it didn't work. That's when I called Precision they said they couldn't have anybody out till Saturday but I said I needed to have it done now. They scheduled someone to be there between 12 and 2 but they were there at 11:30 got the job done. They replaced the motor and everything is working spectacularly .
