Workers diagnosed problem & made repair quickly & efficiently. They were very friendly and respectful. I asked about upgrading to a new garage door opener & was given a quote on the spot. I decide to make the purchase and in less than an hour all work was completed. This is the 3rd time that I have used Precison and have been very pleased with workers & their work on each occasion.

Precision was easy to schedule, flexible, fair, and thorough. The technician was knowledgeable and did the needed work quickly and well. He offered two options and explained what needed to be done immediately and what would need to be addressed in about a year's time; I opted to have all the work done now. I will use Precision for any future needs, and I will refer family and friends to them as well without reservation.

Very responsive and polite when I called. Drew, the tech, was efficient, very informative, and replaced a special battery for one of two garage door operators. And on top of it, Drew sprayed & cleaned all roller parts on with large two car garage doors ! Price was totally reasonable for service call and the new BATTERY part itself, all wrapped into one charge. I have had their operators installed since '07-'08 and been more than well satisfied. I highly recommend doing business with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service located in Valley Park,MO.

I called last night to see if someone could come replace broken garage door springs, and an appointment was made for between 3-5 p.m. this afternoon. Around 2:30, Drew called to say he was on his way, which was fantastic. He checked out the whole garage door, even helped get a light working that hadn't worked since we bought our house four years ago. He replaced the springs and lubricated the hinges of the door in no time flat. We will definitely use Precision Garage Door again whenever we have a problem. Talk about prompt service!

I had an issue with my keyless entry pad. It was a programming problem. Had a wonderful manager named Scott call me personally and try to walk me through it. When we could not fix it via telephone he sent a repairman out and it was fixed that day! Great service!! Highly recommend!!

Just had a new garage door opener installed with new rollers as my old opener was VERY loud and wakes up the baby. I was very happy with the three options they gave me, each at a different price point and they were able to replace everything in about an hour and a half. Very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

After several tries to set up an appointment, Scott and I were finally able to get together for him to come out to the house. He arrived in the company truck and was very professional. I recognized him by the profile on the confirmation email that the company sent after we set up the appointment. What a great idea. Scott showed me what had to be done (the top panel was bent) and gave me some idea of what the success would be. I could not recommend Scott and Precision Door any more than 5 STARS. I received the estimate within 3 hours of our appointment.

Immensely satisfied with the customer service given by service manager, Scott Politte and technician Josh. We had a horrible and mentally exhausting experience when we thought we were getting a bargain by purchasing a garage door from Menards. The nightmare began with the installer, Collier Door Service LLC that they recommended. In a hurry to get to the next job they left with the door rubbing on the track, causing marks on the door and the track. And a gap where the door did not sit flush with the floor. I didn’t want to hear excuses; I wanted my door installed to my satisfaction. When I told Scott my dilemma he came through for us by sending Josh not only to return the damaged door to Menards and pick up a new door, but to install it to my 100% satisfaction. I learned by trying to save some money that a bargain IS NOT always a bargain when you have to deal with unprofessional companies. I will recommend Precision to friends, family and anyone seeking a professional garage door service and sales company. Thank you very much.

For months I put off calling anywhere to fix my garage doors; yes two separate doors broke on me within a day of each other. I remembered hearing about Precision door on a radio advertisement. My take away was: they will try to fix and not focus on up-selling me something I don't want/need. Finally called yesterday and TODAY, ON TIME, Mike Zehnle shows up. Super nice guy, knowledgeable, and fair. After 45 minutes and $108; He had both my doors working, my sensors where re-installed, an unexpected brace was put on one of my doors (thank you), an existing remote was reprogrammed, and a new remote programmed. I feel like an IDIOT for not calling sooner. Thank you, I had a great experience.

We had used Precision in the past and they did not try and sell us something we did not need they just did the requested repair. When the time came to replace two garage doors we called them again. When the doors were delivered and unwrapped we found out the manufacturer sent doors that did not have the requested windows. Even though Precision was not at fault they bent over backwards to rectify the problem quickly. That is how I rate a company, how they handle problems and Precision gets an A+. The technicians were very polite and friendly. I also liked the photos of the technicians.

When I came home to our garage door not opening, I goggled and found Precision Door online. I called and they were out the next day. Our technician, Shawn, was great. He took pictures inside the units on a ladder so I could see the difference between the broken one and the good one. He had to replace the equipment (except for the door), but had the part in his truck and did it on the spot within an hour. I'd definitely recommend them!
