Cal was great! The first time he came, he thought it was a chink where the rollers were on the side of the garage. Naturally the door didn't do what it did to me. thinking it was repaired, the next day the door stopped at the last panel again. Called and requested Cal, since he was out the previous day. He saw this time that the belt was worn. He thought he could just replace the belt to save me money, but the pulley wasn't compatible. I appreciated him trying to save me money though. He was professional and experienced that he was done with the installation within an hour! I believe I have been using Precision Door now for about 10 years....always pleased with the work.

I found Precision online, called on a Sunday, and we had a technician, Joel, out to resolve our problem on Monday evening. They were willing to work with my time constraints and scheduled an appointment between 6 and 8 PM. The service was exceptional. Joel, in particular, was kind, courteous, efficient, and competent, so it was great to work with him.

The Technician was very nice and professional, however, he told me that because my garage door does not have a safety beam that he is not allowed to work on it. He did, however, charge me for a Service Call which I do not feel was justified. If you cannot work on garage doors without the safety beam, then all the individual that originally took my call had to do was ask, "does your garage door have a safety beam?" I would have told her no and that would have been it. Also, your company installed the garage door five years ago so should have known that it does not have a safety beam. In my mind it would be like my calling your company to come out and work on my dishwasher and when the Technician gets here saying, we don't work on dishwashers.

I called to make sure the sensor on the door was installed properly, Joel made sure the door was working and up to code. The emergency cord also needed to be replaced and he lubricated the rollers. We are selling our home and I would never trust my repairs to anyone but Precision Door. Always pay for the best and you will always save money and there will be no future headaches.
