Shawn Roderick was our tech and was extremely thorough, helpful, personable, efficient and made the experience incredible. We had him come out for a warranty replacement for 1 spring that broke after living her 10 years. He replaced both springs and I only had to pay for the labor!!!! I am so impressed by Shawn and Precision that they will be the only company I use for my garage door needs. Thanks Shawn Roderick & Precision Door!

Greatly appreciate the ability to call for a repair and not have to make an appointment a day or days later. That alone is worth a 5 Star. The biggest plus is the technician (Chris Koch) was very knowledgeable with garage door services. Not only did he rebuild my double garage door but he actually showed me the worn parts that the bearings were gone and all powder now. I really made my first decision because I didn’t want to see another garage repairman again for years to come. But seeing the actual worn out parts makes you realized you were well informed to determine you followed the right advice. Replaced springs, rollers, cables & rubber barrier. Chris also replaced the opener with a LiftMaster & keypad, setup my home link in my car, what a difference over the store bought openers & installers. Anyway I’m very happy with the finished product and having a knowledgeable technician along with timely service.

Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and fast! They said they would be done in 30 minutes, but it was more like 15. We hope we don't need another repair any time soon but if we do we will be sure and call Precision.

Scheduled a diagnostic service for our exterior pinpad. The tech had it diagnosed and repaired within an hour, price was less than what I expected also! I would have rated them 6 stars if I could. Thanks guys! Shawn was our tech, super nice guy.

My spring was broken, strut bent, Precision repairman came within 1 hour on Sunday, quickly identified problem, provided an easy to understand quote, and when I accepted got to work and done in 30 min and garage door was working again. He didn't try to sell anything more than what was broken, even though my garage door is 17 years old and opener is 11 years old, I appreciated the sincerity to only charge what needed to be fixed and gave me quotes for replacing door and opener so I would know what cost was. Very pleasant experience, would use them again.

After reading through the many reviews for several garage door Companies, I chose Precision Door, and I am certainly glad I did. The nice woman who called to schedule my garage door opener install, after I submitted my online inquiry was prompt, polite, informative and patient with all of my questions. I got put on the schedule for the day that was convenient for me. My installer was Shawn. Shawn called to let me know when he was about 45 minutes from arriving at my house. He showed up on time, just has he advised he would. He was descriptive as to each step of the install...walking us through everything, the install was super quick, he left no mess at all, and smiled the whole time he was there! The garage door that was installed is SOOOO INCREDIBLY QUIET!! I will recommend Precision Door at every opportunity!
