Precision Garage Door is who we will call from now on whenever we have any issues with our garage door. The tech who worked on our garage door was Matt and he was extremely professional and even called when he was 10 minutes from arriving, and once he arrived he diagnosed our problem and gave us a quote and once agreed he completed the repairs quickly and kept us informed throughout the process. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with Matt and the price quoted was below what we had expected and repairs were preformed quickly and professionally, so we are glad that we called Precision Garage Door for the issues we had with our garage door and plan to call them in the future whenever we need anything else! I have been using Precision for 20 or so years now and have never been disappointed. They always respond immediately and within the window they commit to. This most recent visit, they actually called me about 50 minutes ahead of the designated window and asked if it would be OK to come in right away. After 34 years the damage was such that I was about 80% sure I was going to need a new garage door since the top pannel was significantly damaged. However, the technician was clearly very experienced and quickly evaluated the situation, explained a plan of action, and got things repaired. I still have my old garage door but most critical components are now better than the original door. It will probably go another 34 years. I'm not foolish enough to believe I won't ever have another problem but I can guarantee that I will use Precision when that time comes.

Glen Lemp was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better technician! My garage was hanging on by a thread (at least I thought so) BUT, he left it better than I literally could have imagined. Overall the workers did a good job ... there are a few areas that need attention ... when the garage door opens up there is a click/crack sound that could not be figured out as the workers had to leave. Also, I had to clean up the garage floor to pick up washers, screws, nuts and bolts... not a lot, but still enough for me to pick up/clean up.

We found Precision while researching online. We were actually on vacation and knew we needed to get an inspection scheduled close to getting back in town so the online scheduling was easy for us. They were quick to look into the issue with a smaller than most service window and gave us a call when they were on their way. They also did a safety inspection and recommended additional repairs, but they weren't pushy about it. We ultimately got it all fixed and we'd gladly call again with any other issues.
