A torsion spring broke on our double car garage door and I phoned Precision. The tech phoned before his appointed arrival time and was very courteous. He explained what needed to be done and offered several options. Although he completed the work very professionally I was surprised that the replacement of two springs and a center bearing was so costly. I was expecting the repair would to be in the $500 to $600 price range. I was charged $820.00 for the service. Precision is very expensive and exorbitant with their pricing structure. I should have gotten pricing from other local company’s. Shop around before calling Precision. Thanks…..Bob Schmiehausen- O’Fallon, Mo.

I called Precision about 10 in the morning and was immediately scheduled for a service call between 12 and 2 pm. My technician gave me a call just before noon and was at my house by 12:10 pm. Luckily, I only needed some adjustments aligning the sensors, but my technician also checked the door balance and lubricated all hinges and spring, explaining everything as he went. I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

One of our 2 garage doors was difficult to open (it does not have an automatic opener). Will was the technician who we were blessed with. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently made adjustments so that the door is now easy to open and lift. He also proceeded to inspect and service our larger door and explain to us what we needed to do in order to keep it in good working order. He was pleasant, courteous, and excellent at his job. This is the third time in 28 years that we have called on Precision to help us with our garage doors. We have never been disappointed.

I am pleased with the technician and repairs to the garage doors. Brett did a complete inspection and determined what needed to be done. He gave me options and prices. He replaced springs on both garage doors. Including the support parts that allow the springs to work correctly. He tested the doors and they are working as required. When I need garage door help in the future I will use Precision and hope to get Brett. Since prices are going up with everything else, the least I can expect is high quality work for the price.

Brett Warful did an exceptional job this afternoon repairing our aging garage door, giving it new life. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and went right to work, resolving the issue. He was very thorough, super informative and very kind as he answered each of my dumb questions. He even took the time to teach me how to trouble shoot the issue if it arises again in the future. We spoke about acquiring a new garage door in the early spring (2024) so he left me several brochures to help us with our future decisions.
