Had an awesome experience with Precision Garage Door, from start to finish! Super fast and easy online appointment scheduler - booking was a breeze! Once our tech was dispatched, I got a text to let us know they were on the way. And they send you some cool info about the tech along with their picture, so you know exactly who to expect at your door. They sent Glen out to help us with a door that had been giving us trouble for a while. Glen arrived on time within the 2 hour window I scheduled for (even after a long drive to get to us!). He got us fixed up fast, and the door operates like brand new again. Very courteous and professional service, and we’ll definitely stick with Precision for any future needs!

I had contacted a different person prior to researching Precision, who had taken over the clients of our previous repairman who I learned (passed away.) Complete ripoff. I blindly trusted the company and went ahead with the repair. They charged me 824$ for replacing 2 springs which is ridiculous. I also blame myself for not doing enough research beforehand but both my cars were stuck in the garage I did not have much choice. All I can say is that I believe in KARMA and at the end it will take care of everything.

A torsion spring broke on our double car garage door and I phoned Precision. The tech phoned before his appointed arrival time and was very courteous. He explained what needed to be done and offered several options. Although he completed the work very professionally I was surprised that the replacement of two springs and a center bearing was so costly. I was expecting the repair would to be in the $500 to $600 price range. I was charged $820.00 for the service. Precision is very expensive and exorbitant with their pricing structure. I called Precision about 10 in the morning and was immediately scheduled for a service call between 12 and 2 pm. My technician gave me a call just before noon and was at my house by 12:10 pm. Luckily, I only needed some adjustments aligning the sensors, but my technician also checked the door balance and lubricated all hinges and spring, explaining everything as he went. I was extremely satisfied with the experience.
