10/10 recommend. I was in the process of getting quotes from multiple garage door companies, all of which were 5-8 weeks out for the inspection/quote. I called Precision, & they were able to come out with only a 2 day lead time & install is only 2 weeks out. Patrick was extremely personable & professional. Garage door would not open, ON A SUNDAY!! I called and someone answered immediately! She had a technician at my house within an hour! Christopher arrived and was outstanding! He isolated the problem and gave me multiple solutions I could choose from! No high pressure sale or scare tactics! He was fast, friendly and respectful of our home! Holy Smokes is all I can say. Brett Warfel was my technician. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Took his time explaining what he was going to do and why. Fixed things during the repair that I would not and did not expect. Extra screws/bolts in areas that did not need it but would reinforce things and make the door function smoother. After he was done he went through everything as well and again explained what he did and why. I wish all companies in all industries did business like this. Honest, great value for the work. Left work area clean and great person to deal with. I knew from the past they were going to be the best price. I will never use any other company for my garage door.

My spring broke in the evening and when I called Precision they were able to set me up with a morning appointment for repairs. Brady Decker was the technician that arrived. He let me know he was on the way and when he arrived he introduced himself. We went to the garage and after his assessment of the problem he was able to give me options. I ended having the rollers, cables, bearings and springs replaced. Everything was explained and there were no surprises. Brady is a very knowledgeable and polite tech. He cleaned up when the job was completed. You would never know that he was there. I would highly recommend Brady and Precision to anyone. Good job.

We are so happy with Precision! Our original garage door needed replacement and Precision was able to get out within a day of first contact for a bid. We were able to have the garage door installed about 3 weeks after paying the initial deposit, and the installation of the door, track, rollers, and new belt-fed opener only took about 2 hours. Everyone we've dealt with has been amazing and the prices were very reasonable.

This was the easiest process- Patrick came out to do the estimate. He arrived during the window given, was very personable, explained our options and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Because of his professionalism and resulting credibility in our eyes, we didn’t even get a second estimate. Patrick took our order and gave us an estimated timeframe for the doors to come in which was spot on. The installation team (Joel and Eli) arrived at the start of the window I was given, were very professional, and did an efficient job getting the doors in. They look and operate great, and are so much quieter and faster than our 30 year original doors. This process was stress free and our new doors look great. I’d definitely recommend precision in the future.
