My spring broke in the evening and when I called Precision they were able to set me up with a morning appointment for repairs. Brady Decker was the technician that arrived. He let me know he was on the way and when he arrived he introduced himself. We went to the garage and after his assessment of the problem he was able to give me options. I ended having the rollers, cables, bearings and springs replaced. Everything was explained and there were no surprises. Brady is a very knowledgeable and polite tech. He cleaned up when the job was completed. You would never know that he was there. I would highly recommend Brady and Precision to anyone. Good job.

Garage door opener was fried by a lightening strike. Went on line and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Brady Dieck was my service technician. He was professional and very personable. We are so happy with Precision! Our original garage door needed replacement and Precision was able to get out within a day of first contact for a bid. We were able to have the garage door installed about 3 weeks after paying the initial deposit, and the installation of the door, track, rollers, and new belt-fed opener only took about 2 hours. Everyone we've dealt with has been amazing and the prices were very reasonable.

This was the easiest process- Patrick came out to do the estimate. He arrived during the window given, was very personable, explained our options and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Because of his professionalism and resulting credibility in our eyes, we didn’t even get a second estimate. Patrick took our order and gave us an estimated timeframe for the doors to come in which was spot on. The installation team (Joel and Eli) arrived at the start of the window I was given, were very professional, and did an efficient job getting the doors in. They look and operate great, and are so much quieter and faster than our 30 year original doors. This process was stress free and our new doors look great. I’d definitely recommend precision in the future.

I made an appointment for garage door service via Precision's web site. The process was quick and easy. The service technician, Dejuan Harris, arrived on time following a text message stating he was on his way. Dejuan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dejuan did an excellent job of communicating the process he would follow to evaluate and resolve my garage door issue. Dejuan presented his findings after inspection, provided recommendations for repairing the issues found, and answered all of my questions.
