This is the second time I’ve used Precision and the second time I’ve ended up being a very satisfied customer. The techs that have showed up were very knowledgeable and professional. Today it was William. He showed up when promised. Then took the time to explain to me the issue at hand. And then we finished, spent a few minutes explaining how best to care for my garage door going forward. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend Precision. I gave them a 5 star rating and it doesn’t seem like enough.

Wow, less than 48 hours from initial phone call to completion of all required effort. This was awesome and so was the whole experience. The work performed only included what we really needed. When I called, they said they could have a technician out that same day. He called to me to see if was ok if he got here about an hour early. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very nice guy. He replaced both springs and door seal and had the job completed in a little over an hour.
