Our garage door opener quit functioning so I called them up. Brady Tech 2 showed up briefly, looked at it, submitted a very reasonable estimate on repairs. Holy Smokes is all I can say. Brett Warfel was my technician. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Took his time explaining what he was going to do and why. Fixed things during the repair that I would not and did not expect. Extra screws/bolts in areas that did not need it but would reinforce things and make the door function smoother. After he was done he went through everything as well and again explained what he did and why. I wish all companies in all industries did business like this. Honest, great value for the work. Left work area clean and great person to deal with. I knew from the past they were going to be the best price. I will never use any other company for my garage door.
