Brett was timely and cordial throughout the installation process. He sold me on an upgraded product vs. a repair and explained the benefits of doing so that made sense. Also walked through the functionally of the new product with me. As an added bonus, he was into cars also and enjoyed chatting about our current projects.

This was the easiest process- Patrick came out to do the estimate. He arrived during the window given, was very personable, explained our options and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Because of his professionalism and resulting credibility in our eyes, we didn’t even get a second estimate. Patrick took our order and gave us an estimated timeframe for the doors to come in which was spot on. The installation team (Joel and Eli) arrived at the start of the window I was given, were very professional, and did an efficient job getting the doors in. They look and operate great, and are so much quieter and faster than our 30 year original doors. This process was stress free and our new doors look great. I’d definitely recommend precision in the future.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Precision Door. Keith the technician was very informative and thorough with his service. My garage door is now whisper quiet with the new springs and the lubricated parts. It took less than an hour to have my door working again after Keith's arrival. Door was extremely jerky and would stop at several different areas. I was afraid we would not be able to get the door open or if open to get it to close. Chris came on time, assessed the problem and in one half hour had the door working smoothly again. Very good job

The spring broke on my garage door at 4:30pm on a Thursday and Precision door had a tech out here first thing Friday morning. The technician Zach explained everything to me after the initial inspection for the estimate. I agreed and Zach had everything completed in about an hour. Will use Precision door in the future.
