Our garage door opener quit functioning so I called them up. Brady Tech 2 showed up briefly, looked at it, submitted a very reasonable estimate on repairs. We accepted and he repaired it in just over an hour. Very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. It functions more quiet & smoother than before. Excellent job! Will definitely recommend their services.

I made an appointment for garage door service via Precision's web site. The process was quick and easy. The service technician, Dejuan Harris, arrived on time following a text message stating he was on his way. Dejuan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dejuan did an excellent job of communicating the process he would follow to evaluate and resolve my garage door issue. Dejuan presented his findings after inspection, provided recommendations for repairing the issues found, and answered all of my questions. Dejuan performed the needed repairs in timely and efficient manner. The service provided was exemplary and I highly recommend Dejuan and Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Had them install my opener 2.5 yrs ago and today we had a new keypad and remote access installed. Technicians have always been very friendly and personable.. always explain things in detail and make sure I understand and don’t have any questions. Please, thank you and yes ma’am go a LONG WAY in my book. Very professional company and employees.. grateful they also put their sticker in my garage wall so I could easily reach them. Will definitely recommend them at any opportunity!
