The morning of May 1st, we were unable to open garage door and discovered a broken spring. Joey from Precision arrived soon after lunch .He inspected, presented a proposal, replaced both springs and was finished by early afternoon. Then on May 20th garage door would not open and motor just kept running. Called Precision and appmt. was made for Monday May 22nd. Brenden arrived at 8am. He inspected and presented proposal. Addional material was delivered in a few minutes. He installed new motor and transmitter, programed both cars and finished by 9;15am. Both of these technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Thank you very much.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. BUT. according to my web search, the cost to replace the springs SHOULD be $150. - $350. Average $250, parts and labor included . Prior to a small military discount, I was charged $625.!!! About 1 hours work. I recommend calling around for a quote 1st as I should have.

Our garage door stopped working for us so I looked for service on the Internet. I found Precision and read the great reviews. Called on a Monday and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Brendon came out right on time. He took 10 photos of the troubled areas, and performed a safety checklist of 26 items. He then determined which needed replacement and repair. We were given 3 options of service with full descriptions of each. We chose what was best for us. Brendon completed his work and showed us the new rollers, the new weather seal, the new safety eyes, and that each opener device worked, We highly recommend this company.

At the Lawn and Garden Show some of your staff was there greeting people. I asked them about replacing a garage door pad. they said they would be happy to look into the problem and offered a free visit. Brendon an employee came at noon on Monday to look at the garage door pad. It was not in working order. He replaced it in a matter of minutes. Brendon was kind, concerned that I had been with out the garage door pad for over a year, because the Landlord said it wasn't necessary. I am 80 years old and yes it is necessary. Brendon is the perfect example of how you would want your employee to service clients and do a good job. All the while being kind, courteous and explaining every detail.
