I recently had Precision look at my garage doors and give be a quote on upgrading my existing door hardware and installing a new door opener. From the initial contact with Dan at their office to install day when Josey showed up to install the new equipment, this has been an extremely easy process. Josey was going to be about 10 minutes behind our scheduled appointment time and I received a message telling me that he was running behind. That is the kind of service that sets Precision above the other door company’s in Springfield. The install itself was nothing short of fantastic. The attention to detail in every aspect of the installation is something I have not seen out of a company since moving to Springfield 16 years ago. Josey and Precision obviously take pride in their work and go above and beyond when working on your garage door systems. What can I say about Precison? Well, I certainly can't say anything bad about them. The entire process was great from start to finish. The entire team, from the owner to the office staff, to the technicians, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ours was not an easy install, 2 overhead doors, one of which was 12 foot by 14 foot. The guys tackled the job and did a fantastic job. Thank you Precision!

I chose Precision Door based on the 5 Star Rating and was not disappointed. Gage was thorough and efficient through the whole process. Quickly came out to access my needs and estimate my cost. Dan contacted me within an hour of me requesting a quote. He was at the house the next day to give the quote and was able to get our new garage door scheduled and installed within 7 days. I even called Wednesday forgetting I had it scheduled for Friday and asked if we could move it to Thursday and he said absolutely. Gage showed up before I even expected him, which was a bonus! He was a hard worker, courteous to my 4 year old who wanted to talk shop with him. He worked efficiently and quickly and even programmed my car open my new door. I found this company on a whim of a google search and I am so glad I did. They were wonderful to work with and will highly recommend them to anyone.

The morning of May 1st, we were unable to open garage door and discovered a broken spring. Joey from Precision arrived soon after lunch .He inspected, presented a proposal, replaced both springs and was finished by early afternoon. Then on May 20th garage door would not open and motor just kept running. Called Precision and appmt. was made for Monday May 22nd. Brenden arrived at 8am. He inspected and presented proposal. Addional material was delivered in a few minutes. He installed new motor and transmitter, programed both cars and finished by 9;15am. Both of these technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Thank you very much.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. BUT. according to my web search, the cost to replace the springs SHOULD be $150. - $350. Average $250, parts and labor included . Prior to a small military discount, I was charged $625.!!! About 1 hours work. I recommend calling around for a quote 1st as I should have.
