Actually, I first went to Angi's List, but never got a response. So I called Precision Overhead door company, talked to a live person and scheduled an appointment. Brendon Smith and Jake called to let me know when they'd arrive. Very personable, and very efficient. Went right to work inspecting my garage door, then educated me with photos and visual inspection, on what issues they found and what my options were to repair it. I selected the repair that suited me, and they had it fixed in short order. They do what they say they will do, in a very pleasant, efficient and businesslike manner. I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently had Precision look at my garage doors and give be a quote on upgrading my existing door hardware and installing a new door opener. From the initial contact with Dan at their office to install day when Josey showed up to install the new equipment, this has been an extremely easy process. Josey was going to be about 10 minutes behind our scheduled appointment time and I received a message telling me that he was running behind. That is the kind of service that sets Precision above the other door company’s in Springfield. The install itself was nothing short of fantastic. The attention to detail in every aspect of the installation is something I have not seen out of a company since moving to Springfield 16 years ago. Josey and Precision obviously take pride in their work and go above and beyond when working on your garage door systems. What can I say about Precison? Well, I certainly can't say anything bad about them. The entire process was great from start to finish. The entire team, from the owner to the office staff, to the technicians, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ours was not an easy install, 2 overhead doors, one of which was 12 foot by 14 foot. The guys tackled the job and did a fantastic job. Thank you Precision!

Dan contacted me within an hour of me requesting a quote. He was at the house the next day to give the quote and was able to get our new garage door scheduled and installed within 7 days. I even called Wednesday forgetting I had it scheduled for Friday and asked if we could move it to Thursday and he said absolutely. Gage showed up before I even expected him, which was a bonus! He was a hard worker, courteous to my 4 year old who wanted to talk shop with him. He worked efficiently and quickly and even programmed my car open my new door.
