We purchased our home in Branson last summer, and were not satisfied with the color of our garage doors. We considered painting them, but decided to purchase new ones to protect the value of our house. We intended to take one of our doors and put it in the back of the house to create a John Deere room. We met Dan at Precision Garage Door Service and were blown away with his willingness to work with us on our project including removing and reinstalling our old door. The doors we purchased are stunning! I discover the broken spring at 5am, car stuck in the garage. Distraught, called the 24hr number. appt scheduled same day between 9-11 Jake called at 8:45 saying his 15 min out do I need to pick you up any coffee. (Talk about customer service :) ) I decline, Jake arrives at 9am onetime. Helps gets my wife's car out of the garage. After the inspection, both springs and weather stripping replaced. Very impressed with the speed of their service. I called and got a next day quote on a new door system. Pricing was reasonable and I didn’t feel like the technician tried to oversell the product. There was no pressure and he worked with me to meet my needs and budget. Technician communicated delays due to weather and was apologetic they had to delay installation by one day due to an ice storm. There was an old panel hanging on my garage wall (extra material) was forgotten and the technician came back after install was complete to pick it up. I felt like the technician went above what would normally be expected. Highly recommend the company!

There isn’t a better tech than those at Precison. Brendan came out first to help and after he left there was a small hiccup. Brendan and two other techs, who I don’t know their names I apologize, came out after five and stayed until after six and resolved the issue, which wasn’t their fault to begin with. I called the office approximately at 8:30 Monday morning. The lady that I spoke with said that someone would be out to fix my broken spring between 1 and 3 pm. The technicians showed up on time and did a preliminary review of my door, springs, rollers, safety equipment, and door opener. My system was approximately 19 years old. It appeared that 3 rollers, the broken spring, and the bearings guiding the wires lifting the door were broken or had ended their lives. The technicians took pictures and reviewed three options on repairs. I agreed with the option that replaced all of the broken items. This required approximately 45 minutes to repair. In the end, they pointed out what they had replaced and demonstrated that everything worked now. I would recommend using their business again as they were professional and the charges were reasonable.
