Even before I noticed a difference in the windows between the two doors being installed, the technician had already contacted the supervisor and the new windows were ordered. Both techs were super friendly and worked extremely diligently. The new doors are beautiful and the windows make a big difference. While I'm at it, the salesman was cool and not the least bit pushy.

Our garage door had not been serviced since it was installed about 7 years ago. Logan Anderson came in and explained to me that the door was in excellent shape and was able to answer some concerns I had as far as the noise and the auto reversing that was happening occasionally. He showed me how the rollers were wearing out and how the support connecting to the opener would eventually damage the top door panel. He replaced the necessary parts and the door works better than the day it was installed. This will prolong the life of the door opener and the door itself. I am very satisfied with Logan's knowledge and professionalism.
